Show your agent the bug, watch it ship the fix
Full video transcript
A recording with a circle around the broken button beats three paragraphs of ticket text. Text tickets lose the thing you saw. By the time a jumping button becomes a ticket, it is a guess at the steps, and your agent rebuilds the picture from words. A recording gives your agent more than pixels: a timed transcript, your marks aligned to the moment you drew them, and zoomed images. When words and drawing disagree, the drawing wins. Step one. Record the bug and talk through it. Circle the button that jumps, and cross out the wrong price. No structure needed; it comes from the marks and the timing. Step two. Every recording has a Give this to your agent panel. Copy the prompt, paste one line, your agent connects through the Vidmatic MCP. Your repo's own rules still win. Step three. Your agent reads the recording, then your code, on your machine. Each ask keeps your words, its timestamp and mark, and file anchors. It files exactly one issue. Step four. Watch it live on Agent Workstreams. Plan, critic, build, review and ship each get a card, with timers running. The hub only mirrors what your session reports. Step five. Agents get stuck. A blocked stage says what the session needs. If the agent goes quiet, the Agent tab tells you, and pasting the same line resumes the loop. Step six. Done means a narrated demo of the fix, recorded in your running app. It lands in your Inbox, and the workstream's chip switches from the recording to the demo. Recording, agent, issue, workstream, demo. Fewer round trips, evidence you can watch, and a paper trail from what you saw to what shipped. The full post is on the Vidmatic blog.
